\n Wie es funktioniert <\/h3>\n

Hochmolekulare Polyphenole sind in den meisten pflanzlichen Materialien in relativ gro\u00dfen Mengen vorhanden. In ihrem nat\u00fcrlichen Zustand sind sie an Polysaccharide gebunden, eine andere Art gro\u00dfer Polymerketten. Zusammen bilden sie das, was allgemein als Ballaststoffe bekannt ist. Aufgrund ihrer Verbindungen zu anderen Molek\u00fclen ist die biologische Aktivit\u00e4t von Polyphenolen begrenzt, da ihre funktionellen Teile behindert werden. Die Biopolymere von Phytaxis mit ihrem hohen Anteil an Polyphenolen sind nicht mehr an Polysaccharide gebunden, sodass die funktionellen Teile frei sind.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Nach der Extraktion haben die hochreinen und hydrolysierten nat\u00fcrlichen Biopolymere von Phytaxis eine antioxidative Wirkung und sch\u00fctzen das Tier vor Gewebesch\u00e4den durch \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Radikalbildung. Die Eigenschaften und Wirkungen sind jedoch nicht nur auf die antioxidative Wirkung zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n

Diese komplexen Strukturen k\u00f6nnen auch mit Toxinen unterschiedlicher Herkunft interagieren, diese durch Adsorption binden und neutralisieren. Gleiches gilt f\u00fcr Viren und Bakterien, die durch Kontakt inaktiviert werden und somit nicht in der Lage sind, \u00fcber die Darmschleimhaut in den Blutkreislauf zu gelangen.<\/p>\n
